It is now time for a National Business Development Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for generating leads and sales of our products (campaigns). This role will review, develop and implement a sales process accordingly.


This role offers:

• Contract role with the possibility of being permanent, opportunity for further responsibility outside of Sales for the right candidate

• Flexible working – a minimum of 3 days per week.

• A competitive base salary with commission component.


Objective Detail

• Generate sales of Blink Republic’s 5 core products

• Generate leads and sales of Blink Republic’s products

• Build pipeline of new business opportunities and progress through the sales pipeline

• Plan, develop and drive growth

• Establish a hierarchy of customers/clients – Current customers/clients

• ‘Hot’/potential customers

• ‘Cooler’ customers (former)

• Review and manage Contact plan

• Establish new process accordingly

• Review and manage Sales process

• Review, collaborate and change sales process


Requirements for role

• 5+ Years of successful and measurable Sales experience and client management

• Proven track record of establishing and managing high profile client relationships

• Australian business knowledge

• Interest in brands and marketing technology

• A team player with a passion to play a role in growing this business to its next level

• Excellent communication skills – approachable, charismatic

• Self-Motivation and good work ethic

• Experience of prospecting, qualifying and closing

• Resilience

• Tech savvy

• A drive to succeed

• Proven team player
