Standard Chartered sponsor Liverpool FC, who made it to the UEFA Cup Final this year. Standard Chartered wanted to take their fans from across the world on the journey to Madrid.
We wanted to take the fans into the heart of the action, no matter where they were in the world. Our team gathered messages of support to the team from all over the globe via Twitter, and printed them on 100% recyclable paper to be fired from confetti cannons throughout the event.
A new, unique, and utterly impactful use of the latest technologies, we printed 10,000 fan messages of support to the team generated from across the globe on Liverpool red paper and showered them from a confetti cannon in Madrid and Liverpool – which was watched by over 600,000 fans from around the world.
